So, my allergy information first, so you can see where I’m coming from. For food allergies, as in, foods I cannot eat without risking an allergic reaction that could be anything from a stomachache to anaphylaxis, (and I’m not about to risk it falling the worse way!) I’m allergic to three things.
So the foods on any of my lists will not have these items in them. However, there will likely be other allergens, simply because I can eat them. I will try to list as many as I can, but please, always check labels for yourself as well.
A note as well–wheat allergy does not (yet) mean that I need to avoid gluten, so there may be wheat free foods that still have gluten in them.
